We are delighted to welcome you to Milngavie Bowling Club and hope that you enjoy exploring this site. As well as information about us there are also sections where club members can view pages for competition information and get up to date news about social events.
The club has a long history having been founded in 1891 and currently has a total membership of 314 which includes 193 gents and 109 lady members. There is a junior section which we are keen to expand and where we can offer all levels of coaching.
We have two excellent lawn bowling greens maintained by one of the leading specialist firms in the district and good clubhouse facilities which hosts carpet bowls in the closed season and a super programme of year- round social events.
The club is constitutionally bound to pursue excellence in the game of lawn bowls but also to support club social activities.
We welcome enquiries from anyone who is interested in joining us or would like to visit and view the facilities.
